I don't hate them either, but I'm cautious around them :)
Bossie_Boots
I hate them anything in a mask or war paint or anything that people hide behind that shows there true colours superb image !!

I'm with Lou - it's the fact they're masked and it hides their faces. Same with people in animal costumes or anything like that. Very creepy. Having said that, I'd be more than happy to keep the other fella in the picture company ;^) Great image!

Me too :)))

Two things I never trust...skeletons; cause they're always grinnin', and Clowns...just because! Actually, it just makes me feel that all that exaggerated happiness is hiding something terrible.
Cimaira
I have to agree with most here, it's the hiding behind the makeup/mask. And as Madbat said, the exaggerated happiness. Nobody is that happy all the time! That was a problem I had with former President Jimmy Carter, that sucker was ALWAYS smiling, that's just not right, lol Excellent scene, very handsome man too, NOT the clown, lol
MadameX
I have to agree with the others here. I'm not afraid of clowns, but I've always said, 'just because someone smiles a lot, doesn't mean they are happy. or a nice person.' Great render!

Great image :)

For me this is kind of funny. They turn to protection for a guy who looks sort of like a clown in his own right with all the face make up. And he, perhaps ironically seems perhaps admiring.
