Description
Simple were the days of old times
Fresh squeezed lemonade
Holding hands on the front porch swing
Walking your honey home at night
Nothing but the stars above you
And your dreams before you
You had nothing
But the world was yours
Promises made in the twinkle in her eyes
Changed your night
Sent a tingle dancing down your spine
No thoughts about tomorrow
That night
That moment
Forever immortalized
By a kiss
When I wrote this I was day dreaming about a first kiss the kind of excitement that runs through you and keeps you up all night day dreaming. I looked and I looked but I just couldn’t find a picture that I had that I thought went good with this poem if there is anyone who has a picture or who could make a picture to go with this please let me know I would love for this poem to have a picture to go with it.

No picture necesary Randy. Your words fire the imagination which is different for each person. I remember my first kiss. My lips actually tingled as if an electric current had passed between us. I still remember that kiss and her.
