Nice & moody. I like the foreground but am not generally a fan of HDR skies as they tend to look too "digital". I prefer to do HDR foregrounds and then layer blend in the darkest of my sky shots over the top to get a natural look. Having said that, your sky here doesn't look too unnatural, so I think you did a very good job!
