It'has been a typical case of undereducatement... nero didn't know, that the frictional heat of a miserable handed fiddlestick ( in fact of endurance test..) could act like an flue... And so he junked the old fiddel away - although its strings has been smouldering. He also forgot the daily forest fire warning of his own imperial fire brigade - only because he rehearsed for the casting show of daedricus tabulus ( you eventually know this teutonic showmaster from behind of the limes...) -------------------------------------- nice image...

looking good. some say That the Caesar Nero who was in charge then burn it down himself. Who knows. Chicago burn one time and it started because a cow kick over a lamp in a barn. maybe that what really happen.
