Description
I saw these shoes at the docks where the shrimp boats was I took photos of. It reminded me of that saying "walk a mile in my shoes" guess it came from the old days when roman ruled the world at that time. A Roman could ask any non Roman to carry his stuff up to a mile ; for free of course.

Romans were always getting stuff for free...I guess it's what happens to the group of people who gave the world such wonders as indoor plumbing, the soap-opera, the laundromat, and other wonders of the modern world. Funny how that works! And I have to say this is a unique take on an old saying. Those shoes look rather old and worn. Would they actually survive a one-mile walk? One can always wonder. This is a nice shot. Really well seen.
