Description
We were making differnt kinds of "Petits Pots" (small pots) in class. Mostly they were differnt kinds of "Petits Pots de creme" (small pots of cream) like Creme brulee & Creme Caramel. This coffee version uses pectin as the gelling agent. Its kind of tricky to make and had a very strong robust coffe flavour.
