on a ride close the bavarian Alps tried to do some shots while driving with only one hand at the throttle. in full automatic some shots came out OK. (Fuji S6500fd)
In one other photoclub where i showed this photo i got lot of mentioning of reckless and dangerous behavier..... and yes officer the instrument showing the watertemperatur of the engine (i think ;-)
But think about this:
In one of the motocycle club I met a man with one arm. He was driving at that time the creme of the off-road competitions the "six days" and except having good result he could change this rear tyre faster that I can do with both arms.

Those darn cows can really mess up your windshield, ha ha! I don't think there's that much danger from riding with one hand, it is the distraction of your brain that can lead to trouble if you cannot stay focussed on the road.

Looks like you are about to roll over! I've one handed it in a car but never on a mootrcycle. I once saw a motorcycle with a sidecar. As I got closer I noticed there was a man in the sidecar but not driver. Upon closer inspection I realized the man was in a wheelchair and driving the motorcycle. Don't let anyone pick on you for riding with one hand.
