Description

Meadow has hurt her leg, too much hunting me thinks. No seriously, she has been slightly unsound on her front leg & Mike carn't find anything seriously wrong, that is good but I want to find out why. So Mike told me to exercise her as normal & if she went lame, he wanted to see her. So this is what I have done & she has gone lame. I feel bad but I have to get to the bottom of it. We think it is muscular as all her bones are fine. She has been to see a chiropractor & she said it was a small muscle behind a muscle. We will see. Meadow decided to take it easy, on my orders, she sees mike tomorrow morning. Zlata felt sorry for Meadow & decided to keep her company under the covers. Aww, give her a Texas hug!! Cassie says take it easy and recover. Cassie broke her tether, and went gallivanting around the neighborhood this morning. Had to wake up Bill to get her. She is fine, NOW she is asleep. Gallivanting will wear you out. LOL. :)

Poor Meadow! :( I hope whatever is wrong found out sooon. You said her bones are all okay but at her age arthritis is always possible. How is her joints?

Neat photo of Zlada keeping one of her best buddies company while ill. Mandy had her right rear knee repaired about 8-9 years ago after jumping off a high bed and landing wrong...the repair went very well but she limps from time to time...particularly after more exercise than she usually gets. Best to Meadow...:)
