Description

I was visting my oldest son in Long Beach and drove all over to see places they lived a teens this is a picture I took of the house we lived in when they were in high school I was 5 mins from the beach,sure miss that place but as small as this house was ,given it's location to buy it now would be over 2 million as it's beach property: waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..should have held on to it lol

I miss that house and I didn't even live there! What a place. Just right for a writer! It's well kept, and that's always a good thing. I like the lines in this photo; everything is so crisp and clean and sharp. Really nice. Did you get to go inside?

I know a lady in San Jose that bought her house near downtown for $40,000 maybe 50 years ago and before the collapse of real estate she was offered $750,000. too bad she did not sell because now she has filed bankruptcy beautiful home and capture

Love that house, and as someone wrote above, just right for a writer, I'd say absolutely perfect for an artist... windows are beautiful and must let in lots of natural light. Love it!!!!
