Description
I took this last Thursday.
We received about an inch and a half of rain.
So we broke our 23 days of 100 plus temperatures.
But then the next day was 104, and then Saturday was 109, it had never been 109 here... Too hot.
We are about 20 inches behind on rain.
Ok enough griping about the weather. LOL.
All I did to this image was add the rain drops and frame it. The purple hue is the way the photo came out. It was the rain dripping off my porch edge.
Thought it looked neat.
I know we are not the only ones having weird weather. But I am rather tired of it being this hot for so long, and no rain.

It looks to me like the water is running down in torrents not just dripping off lol. Nice photo manip Cheryl. I do hope it cools a bit for you soon ah well winter is on its way then it will be toooo cold lol..

Our rain chances are always 5 days out. As the day draws near, they fizzle. I hope you get some rain from Depression 13, though it seems to be going east. I think we've offended water and it's leaving us high and dry. Beautiful image! Wonderful colors and patterns (and rain!) Love the drops and the feathery look of the trees!
