Using a "breast right" adjustment to make her breasts 'fall' would be a good idea, but otherwise, a great image!

That is beautiful. However, I think the depth of field is way too shallow. Such a beautiful image deserves as much detail and sharpness as possible. I say that with sincere respect, because honestly I could not do such a beautiful image.
