This is absolutely stunning! I love the feeling of patience this exudes: we have so much to learn from Nature, so many wonders to see, and this is one of them. Marvelous. Fantastic details. I love the intense green of the moss and the incongruity of the shoe left there. I wonder if there are woodlice underneath...probably so and that appeals to me.

These boots 'were made for walking' - but no more! amazing what a difference of two years can make ? as they say in the classics: "don't let the grass grow under your feet" - - in your case the moss, but it's too late now! I love this still-life or so it seems? Nikolay, BB
