I like steam punk style but still don't understand the concept of it.
Maybe because we (Asian people) are not familiar with steam punk style.....is this all right?

Superb steam punk my dear! The idea use modern technical objects etc. but let them look like from Victorian age. It is also an idea in the real world. Have a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steampunk

Oh I like this guy. Yeah, steampunk is a merging of two styles. I almost think Final Fantasy 9 fits this - there's some technology but it's in a fantasy environment. You nailed it pretty well, I think!
