Description
This is a fairly common bird found in Costa Rica. They are called "Bobos" - which loosely translated means dummy. In English their name is Mot-mot. They have iridescent colors and they make me think that they have been shot by an arrow through their posterior end :-)
Hope you have a happy Labor Day - for those of you in the U.S. and for the rest I hope you have a happy day of work!
