This reminds me of the John Denver song: (Annie's Song) "...like a storm in the desert" I think you'd have to love it to live there with all the heat and other drawbacks. At least, no ragweed, which is giving me fits right now. I especially love the bottom right image.

Gorgeous views, Angel. We actually got hit by a T-Storm yesterday (finally!), dropped a staggering 3/4" of rain... our YTD total was only like 6/10", so we've doubled it! Calling for another one possibly tonight... YAY!

What an incredible palette to work with, an amazing place. I've spent most of my life in the deserts of Western Australia, working on remote minesites and the raw rugged beauty is so hard to describe. You've done well here.
