Description


You will notice that this rendering & "Desolation" are exactly identical, except for how all the different layers were composited. (Oh, and an elevation mask was used when compositing the Martian/Terragen sky.) Which do you prefer? (And the name of the lunar lander is "Aries", as monikered in "2001: A Space Odyssey".) (Personally, I would refuse to ride with any pilot who tried to land a vertical-descent spacecraft on such rugged terrain. Maybe it was an emergency.)

That is perfect, I prefer this one! Great model and lightnig, the only thing I'd change is the far planet, maybe the shadowed part should be more dark, but that work is great!!
