I too love Vermeer, and many of the other Dutch painters, Frans Hals specifically. Try to have look at his portraits. This is a very good picture. domssc66, the connection is LIGHT. As some of the other Dutch painters, Vermeer knew very much about the image making qualities of light, and so does MineFojiko.

So do I - love Vermeer's art - but this is just as great, Fujiko-san! I have tried to make light like this but it didn't turned out so elegant and beautiful like this! Great art!! :o)
