Description

Now aim, and slowly squeeze the trigger. Captured back on 4/25/06, at the beautiful Descanso Gardens in beautiful La Canada/Flintridge, California. I bet most of you other flower picture-takers didn't start out this way, with a private tutor, and especially with a camera like that. Adios, amigos, thankx for looking in, and for any and all favs and laudatory comments.

Love ly shots Harry. They seem a little pale to me, however.

I'm with Andrea. The shots themselves are great, but the processing is a bit severe on my old eyes. ;)

Andrea says it's too pale, blinkings says it's too severe. blinkings yet another candidate for eyesight evaluation.

The photographer taking a pic of the photographer! - it's a vicious circle ;-) I cannot see a problem with 'paleness' or 'severe-ness ?? go figure! I wear spectacles - does that count? BB

No, I don't even get to do that now; that's a serious lens on that camera, and nice tripod! No teacher, just self-directed. Excellent shots, Harry!

Nice shots of a budding photographer. The second shot is more my style, being a point and shoot photographer. Wonder if there was someone taking a picture of you while you were capturing this scene?

Great captures, she (I think, the pupil is a lady) has a very interesting equipment. I never had a teacher to learn photography.

Makes me think of the old Buck Owens song, "I was looking back to see if you were looking back to see If I was looking back to see if you were looking back at me." Nicely done Harry.
