Le 11 septembre 2001 et le déclin de l’empire américain Il a fallu l'imbécillité de George W. Bush pour que le pire attentat terroriste de l'Histoire soit aussi le plus réussi. Par ses réactions inopportunes et excessives, le cowboy qui ne savait pas monter à cheval s'est jeté, tête baissée, dans le piège que lui a tendu Oussama ben Laden. Le chef d'Al-Qaida visait d'abord à humilier l'Amérique, à venger l'honneur du monde arabo-musulman sur lequel s'essuie les pieds depuis des décennies l'impérialisme américain, protecteur des despotes arabes sanguinaires et soutien inconditionnel d'Israël. Les mauvaises décisions prises à la suite de l'attentat ont amplifié ses répercussions négatives et placé les États-Unis sur la pente qui mène à l'affaissement de la grande République. Bush a précipité le pays dans une série de conflits, tout en abaissant les impôts et en augmentant les charges sociales de l'État, une autre première dans l'histoire. Dix ans après le 11 septembre, les États-Unis sont au bord de la faillite. Plutôt que de concentrer son action sur l'Afghanistan où se trouvait ben Laden, et où il aurait pu changer le cours des choses en 2002-2004, Bush, incité par le lobby israélien, s'est attaqué à l'Irak de Saddam Hussein, ennemi juré d'Israël et de ben Laden. Il a ainsi commis une des grandes erreurs stratégiques de l'Histoire, dont les États-Unis ne se remettront sans doute jamais. Il fallait être particulièrement crétin pour penser pouvoir imposer par la force des armes une démocratie à l'américaine entre le Tigre et l'Euphrate. Le résultat sera inévitablement de faire de l'Irak, majoritairement chiite, un allié de l'Iran. Au niveau opérationnel, les Américains s'obstinent à croire que la force brute et le recours à une puissance de feu massive vont leur donner la victoire. Dans des guerres de guérillas comme celle qu'ils mènent en Afghanistan, le recours à l'aviation pour appliquer cette puissance de feu massive multiplie les victimes civiles innocentes et leur crée plus d'ennemis qu'ils n'en tuent. Le 11 septembre hante l'Amérique, qui n'est plus sûre d'elle-même. Sa réputation et son prestige sont à jamais ternis par les crimes et autres exactions perpétrés dans ses expéditions guerrières. Le trio de criminels de guerre Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld a su exploiter la peur des Américains. Au nom de la lutte contre le terrorisme, ils ont banalisé la torture à la fois comme technique d'interrogatoire et instrument de représailles. La justification de la sécurité nationale a servi à restreindre les libertés civiles des Américains, entre autres en autorisant la surveillance électronique généralisée. Le système politique américain est enrayé. Le pouvoir militaire est plus respecté que le pouvoir civil. Le Pentagone et le complexe scientifico-militaire sont à l'abri des restrictions budgétaires. Jamais autant d'incompétents, d'incapables et d'insignifiants se sont bousculés pour occuper les postes de commande de la République. Avec Obama, les Américains croyaient élire l'homme providentiel qui allait sortir le pays des ornières où Bush l'avait enlisé. Ils ont élu un beau parleur maniéré, faible et indécis, ouvert à tous les compromis avec les lobbies et les puissances de l'argent. Malgré les promesses faites au Caire au monde musulman, Obama s'est mis au service d'Israël, dont les politiciens prennent un plaisir évident à venir l'humilier à Washington et montrer au monde qui dicte la politique américaine au Moyen-Orient. La mort de ben Laden ne signifie pas qu'il y a «de la lumière au bout du tunnel», au contraire: les années qui viennent s'annoncent encore plus sombres pour les États-Unis cruellement touchés par un déficit de leadership. Le «printemps arabe» plonge le monde musulman dans une ère de bouleversements. Washington va être entrainé par Israël dans une succession de conflits au Proche-Orient qui vont l'affaiblir encore plus politiquement et économiquement. Ailleurs, on voit mal comment les États-Unis vont éviter de s'embourber au Pakistan, où le gouvernement civil actuel, corrompu et inefficace, est condamné à court terme. Les Américains ne peuvent accepter que les militaires nationalistes qui les vomissent ou des partis intégristes prennent le contrôle du stock d'armes nucléaires du pays de 180 millions d'habitants. Le président de la Commission d'enquête sur l'attentat du 11 septembre, Lee Hamilton, a déclaré au réseau PBS qu'il considérait comme inévitable que les États-Unis subissent d'autres attentats comme celui du 11 septembre. this is wonderful but i think Bush and Bin was action on a one world government stuff. who knows the truth. for sure not us or any common man. the 13 people who heads up the one world government do and they not telling. they brian washing the whole world.
