Thanks so much for your great comments, I'm glad so many people liked it. You know, this image nearly didn't get made. It was my third attempt at using Vue for this and I was just about to give up, but it all just came together on the third try.

Excellently done with a great atmosphere of dry heat, and tension in the POV! Can hear the gentle crunch as his foot comes down on the cracked soil, and I look around desperately for somewhere to run and hide....
