The last for this grouping, don't want to give any one sandstone fever. ;~) Posting this close up of Top Rock mesa for Richardphotos, he really likes Arizona. Same vantage point as the rest of the series of shots.
In Arizona the Colorado Plateau makes a dramatic rise in elevation. Along the Mogollon Rim and up to the San Francisco Peaks in central AZ. Then it rises again along the Arizona border up through southern Utah. Seemingly set amongst the clouds, the pink cliffs in the distance are Bryce Canyon, Utah. Where I stand is northern Arizona, thanks for trekking along.
