Description
Captured 1/24/08 and 9/5/08, early in the morning, within walking distance of my dreary domicile.
Can't say these are lacking for originality.
Which street would you prefer to live on?
Au revoir, thankx for clicking on, and for any and all favs and complimentary comments.

morningglory
Shy street would be perfect for me too! Interesting and original idea, Harry.

It's easy - none of them are a choice for me ... You'll find many streets named after flowers, which are native to our Country and where I live, for example Frangipani Rd. - now wouldn't sound that better ? simply weird and astounding Harry, BB

Dear Harry Here the translators are sometimes ....!!!!!! very nice and translate something like Bombardiers? desfracmentacion bombs here where I live are followed and dreary your words sad here in google says .... anyway the word Bombardiers> volunteer> shame = (shy) subliminally and obviously said what to delete and, see if you understand me better! lol! I also get lost with your comment, Marcia & Flavio!

What an unusual collection of names but I have seen worse. Not sure I would want to live in any really but would probably choose Shy as it is easy to spell. Some names you need a dictionary to get the spelling right. A very cool collage and a neat subject.

I would like to live on either Cyclops Street or Bombardier Avenue. No way on Belcher Street, which should be reserved for beer and soda drinkers.

Wow, those are some odd street names, Harry; I only remember Norwalk. Great work compiling these for our edification!

Put me down for thr next opening on "Cyclops Street". I live on McIntosh Lane right now. Nice collage Harry. I guess that I have to start looking at the local street signs. Dana

What great names! I choose Shy also, as I prefer my neighbours that way.

Interesting street names, but none for myself. Great shots.

Humorous signs - especially when gathered and compiled in a collage like this! The Shy cyclops volunteered to be the bombardier belcher! or not?
Lashia
Great shots- thanks for sharing! :) You should check out the Halloween Photography Contest! "Zombie Apocalypse!"

Bombardier cuz its the closest to the sound of Beer we had at the Pubs in England on my visit LOL

Bombardier works for me...I know that's not a very peaceful profession but is king of up my airplane alley:) Most of the streets around here are numbered. It makes finding your way around on a grid system easy but isn't as much fun as your signs.
