spent the afternoon on the ocean just outside Sydney Harbour whale watching yesterday. My little camera is not the best for this, the zoom is not high enough. Hope you enjoy these anyway.

Even with this resolution I think it was still worth posting these. I've only seen whales a few times in my life, so thanks for bringing back good memories!

They should be on the migration soon. I sympathize with the zoom thing, wanting a high power telephoto for some time. Looks to have been a great day!

Thanks for your comments, yes it was a great day. The whales are on their way south to Antarctica at the moment. Maybe one day I will have a telephoto and can take better photos. As I live in Sydney I am thinking of going out at least once a year.
