Would be happy for some coments on the lights in this scene.

Crescent
There's too much light. The sky is washed out and there's no focus to the picture. I'm not sure what effect you are going for, but a different camera angle might help as well.

I like the layout of the buildings, the way the eye is drawn down from the left to the figure on the right. However there is no indication as to the time of day. Maybe reduce the number of lights in the scene, and get some shadow in there.
