Hello you lot :o).. Thought I had better show face having not been about for a while .Still doing a bit as you can see but my wrists are still giving me some stick ,so making life difficult :o(.. I`ll pop in and see everyone over the next few days .Take care and thanks for the look . Mick

Take care of your self just getting over knee surgery, joints can be a problem when it comes to healing, glad your feeling well enough to take a few shots good therapy, excellent capture!
