A small waterfall on a lazy creek in Western Pennsylvania. We had no idea exactly where this was. With the help of a few rock climbers who I'm not so sure knew where it was either, we finally found it. We walked about a half mile from the parking lot and were rewarded with this sight. We spent about an hour here and started hearing thunder in the distance. We kept saying it was time to go, but just couldn't quite drag ourselves away. When we finally did the thunder was on top of us. We made it back to the Jeep just in time too. As we were driving back home we stopped so I could take some pictures of the storm clouds and got the shock of our lives when lightning hit so close we could hear it sizzle in the air. There was no waiting for the thunder. I think it started before the lightning actually hit. LOL. Anyway, It was a great day. I hope to go back when we can spend a bit more time.
