Yes Virgina trees are in water!! Apparently some are not aware that many trees survive in lakes,rivers etc this is the colorado river nevada: thank you !!

That sounds like a very small island with trees on when flood waters are low enough can see the piece of land ((5 + +)) Cela fait penser à de très petites îles avec arbres dessus quand la crue des eaux est assez basse ont peut y voir le bout de terre ((5++))

What a shot! I've seen trees in water like this, but not with the water so apparently high. Flooding? I know in parts of the Midwest might grow on low ground, almost like sand-bars in rivers, they erode and the trees seem to sprout directly from the river. They usually die so it's quite refreshing to see a live tree and this is a great shot. A bit surreal!

That's something I've never seen before. I thought all trees would drown under these circumstances. You have quite an eye to catch this scene.
