Description

At the feast in honor of a patron saint, being a member of the musicians in a traditional band is very popular also politically, and people from the most important families in town often vie for it. Thanks for your kind comments.

Ah, politics, music, and costumes! What a perfect combination; I would imagine that one can tell a person's political affilitation (and rank) by their clothing. I know that in Russia, there's an entire language composed of hats and so it's not unlikely that there'd be something similar elsewhere! I love the colors in this shot and the expressions on various faces in the crowd, as well as these two important guys. I love the green waist-wrap! There are so many details in this shot worth paying close attention to and I love this image as a whole.
