Very nice picture of this cutie. They seem to like raw hamburger - ever try to let him test it? I see them often after dark where I live. I hope the flash hasn't scared it away. IF you can get more photos, please post them! :-)

Wonderful shot of this adorable hedgehog he will be keeping all the slugs and things at bay for you. My dogs found one in our garden the other day, and both were so good with it, just seemed fascinated by it that's all. Love this shot very much, hugs Jane xx

Superb shot! I find that I have grown quite attached to these creatures, but we don't have wild ones in the USA! I encountered many in Europe, however, especially in the Czech Republic. There, they're called Ježek, and there is apparently a beer also named after them! I love the way this little one is walking right toward the camera. It seems he is ready for his closeup!
