Hey thanks Adrie--I feel like a DAZ doll changing my eye color--lots of fun--want to try like this startling blue that will make ppl run into walls but haven't been able to find the right pair yet...

Ah, the joys of modern life...eye color contacts...I've always wanted a pair of crocodile eye contacts, but the only thing is I can't wear them. I've got this thing about something actually touching my eyes and my rub reflex always gets the best of me. Anyway, this isn't about Chip's refusal to wear contacts, but there you have it anyway. This is a great, candid self portrait, and a good place to start with catching up with your gallery! I've been peeking, but time prevents me from making as many comments as I want, but hopefully I can do some catching up this week. I just commented on your hair shape question and I have to say that I still prefer the curly, even though I like the straight look here quite a lot; the cut/style/length is flattering to your face, but I think that the more curled style actually highlights more of your face.

:-) One only needs to take a random sampling of the portraits in my gallery to guess well that I have always been a pushover before green eyes and dark hair. Take it, then, from a reliable source .. this is a great look for you, Alicia. It is actually very rare that an artist includes themself as an element of their imagery .. it is also very courageous. Artists throughout history are well known to have concealed their physical self from their audience. This openness is an aspect about your work that I like very much. With deep warmth, Terry

Thanks so much guys as Kai Lan says, you make my heart feel super happy.... Ack--Terry I fear a bit of insecurity as well as feminine vanity compels me as much as any muse...lol
