Oh jeez, I guessed by the thumbnail that I was in for a creepy surprise but I still wasn't quite prepared. That is one thoroughly disturbing image, which I intend as a compliment considering the genre. The shading in the mouth, the lower lip texture and the neck ruffle details are my favorite parts.
