Description

This image began with a thought toward the Halloween time we will soon find ourselves in the middle of. However, as it turns out, that did not quite materialize. My Angel is still meant to keep a watchful eye out for the sweet "Trick or Treaters". In my day, we were so "safe" that Moms or/and Dads did not travel with us to go and get our goodies. So Halloween was sure an adventurous night. And Fun, oh were those nights ever fun. I know there was Angel watching out for us. LOL!!! Today? I'll just say times have certainly changed. So here is my Angel taking care of the children and grown ups that accompany them on their night of whatever it has become. I love you all and hope that you enjoy Night Shadow Angel! Also Have A Great Sunday! I must give all credit for this image to my dearest friend doarte. His marvelous background inspired every thought I had during this process. Thank you dear!

This is soooo fantastic sis, even the theme of it - and let's face it, it is NOT safe anymore to T-O-Treat! Bravo and the coloring, her wings, and the action and flight of it is so active and alive, it looks like someone caught this angel in flight on the way to a rescue! Fav

Looks like she is running to keep up with everyone.. This is one event that I do not understand.. How that all year we are telling our children don't take lollies from strangers, then we let them go out and do exactly that.. Strange creatures we are. There was no such thing as Halloween when I was a child only really started here in New Zealand in the last 10 or so years..

nice one going on here, toni. really do like the turbulent sky. your angel is wonderfully posed, but what i REALLY like is how you've placed her hair to compliment the wings. yes, halloween was a blast back in those safer days that you and i enjoyed. never had to worry about any crazy putting razor blades into apples and whatever else these creeps do today. really it is such a shame that kids in the US today have this terrible cloud hanging over them all the time. what the heck has gone wrong?
