HAT-TISHA It’s fall fashion time. The season wealth mulls over what to wear and where to wear it. Naturally, doarte’s Department of Design has caught fall’s fever for hot haute couture. One of our up-and-comers is TISHA, widely know in fashion as “Our Lady of Hats”. The work you see was originally a close fitting toque that got caught in a thunderstorm and blown wildly out of shape. TISHA liked the results so much she called it her “TORNADO TOPPER”. When she took it to New York City runways it caused a sensation; so much so Liloist and GaGaists fought furiously to get TISHA’s topper for their fashion plates. The result?
