Description
The loss of entire goblin squads on patrol was anticipated by the drow invaders. Even the occasional loss of a hobgoblin officer is to be expected, when facing battle hardened dwarves. As the drow spearhead moves closer to the dwarven stronghold, it starts to experience setbacks that were not anticipated. Unexplained deaths of hobgoblin leadership, inside the drow camp, are starting to occur, with greater regularity. Even a few lesser drow males have been discovered, killed while on guard duty. The drow priestesses begin to wonder if there is a traitor among their ranks. The only other option, is that the dwarves have a skilled assassin on their side. The drow leadership doubts the ladder and searches internally for the source of the slayings. The killings are the work of a drow, but not one of their own. Not for nearly a decade, has Shandara counted herself among their ranks. The priestesses are confident they will find the identity of this assassin and put a stop to the killings, allowing them to continue on with their plans. Only after the first priestess is found dead, do they begin to realize, they have a serious situation on their hands. Enjoy, -Arakas

Wonderful work, my friend! Shandara looks lethal in this portrait, and the attached story certainly verifies that. I love the way the story is developing! One question though: what is that wonderful font in the image?

To RJS - I thought I'd change things up a bit and add some calendar style text to the image itself. The true times font I chose is called "Elven Common Speak" and is easily found for free on the web. Many thanks to everyone for all your comments and support.
