Description

HEHE! Finally I got pictures of the lovely chickens near the therapist yesterday :-) I so adore Chickens. I find them beautiful and so amusing. I love the sound of them, also the rooster. So I was almost kicking my own butt, the second time I went to the Cranio therapist and had forgotten my camera. But here they are. I couldnt go very close to them, as they were very shy. I want to thank you all for going so easy on me about my abstract painting yesterday. It makes me go on with it and tomorrow I have time for painting again. :) Hope you all are having a beautiful day/evening. We had the most wonderful almost summer weather today and they promised such weather the rest of the week and even warmer :)

A lovely shot, great colours. I used to have a chicken that visited my home to eat corn, her name was Henny Penny, and she lived on the farm next door.

I laughed when I read the title to this picture! (It made me think of the Swedish Chef from The Muppet Show.) Chickens are such lovely (and tasty) creatures, and the roosters can be a little bit mean! I've had a few encounters with roosters: they always ended with me declaring: "Keep that up and you'll be dinner next week!" They never listened; I guess they knew that I wasn't actually going to add them to the cooking pot. They're smarter than people think! And these are gorgeous! I have friends who raise urban chickens. They're rather famous with the kids in their neighborhood. This is such a relaxing and warm shot. I love the colors! Roosters have excellent fashion sense! I love that they all seem curious about one thing in one direction!
