Description

I when to give my grandson his present last week end. i did not see him but two times in my life as he lived in Fl. and he just turned 17. i give him the painting of the hand holding a guitar painting. My grand daughters just had they birthdays. So I ask them "what do you wish me to paint you?" the oldest who is 12 i think lol any way she wish me to paint her a peace sign so here is the peace sign i painted her. I maybe a hippy from the '60' but I learn the only peace comes from Jesus. not the best photo. i going to have to learn how to do it pro.

Great Painting! I'm sure she loves it. How marvelous for them to have such a talented and loving grandfather. I find peace taught in every religion I have studied and war too. I think personal peace comes from within and is as varied as there are humans to feel it. World peace has yet to be realized. The pockets where it has been largely attained are the result of a lot of hard work, some self interest, dedicated individuals, and luck. A lot of voices have called for peace throughout human history. It's a shame we don't listen to them very often.
