As an ecologist working in conservation in Africa, I've been lucky enough to work in some of the continent's most amazing wildlife areas - a source of great inspiration to me. But I've always wanted to spend more time on visual creative expression, and Daz's products (Studio, Hexagon and Bryce) gave me an avenue to do this. I have more recently begun working with Blender and Unreal Engine 4, both wonderful, powerful creative platforms. I hope I can use these tools for interesting artistic expression and to provide worthwhile and different perspective on appreciation and awareness of the natural world.
Here is one video I made with a 3D rhino delivering a vital message:

I like the foggy ether to the left. I like very much the sense of falling and motion that is present. If Daz-Studio has a z-depth feature, that might be good to output and use as a filter for some post processing. This image begs for a depth of field. And while I'm just rambling about the image, perhaps a light beam going through showing the direction of travel - bright in the center and fading to the sides. Sounds like a fun effort - you and your friend. Good luck with it and have a blast!

Thanks for ideas phfrrancke -Interesting idea of using a depth field for post processing to add depth feel - you should suggest this to DaZ and PS chaps! Subtle Light beam may be nice addition - I was hoping that the direction of gaze of the ele versus the rising death and Trex would indicate directions.
