Stasera una mia vecchia foto scattata con Olympus Camedia compatta ( 3,2 MP , ottica 32-96mm ). Una delle mie prime trasformazioni pittoriche che a quei tempi stampavo su tela e vendevo agli amici che me le chiedevano per appenderle in casa quali quadri ( quadri che avevano la caratteristica di rappresentare zone molto conosciute e per questo più gradite ).
Tonight one of my old photos taken with Olympus Camedia compact (3.2 MP, 32-96mm lens). One of my first pictorial transformations, which at the time printed on canvas and sold them to friends who asked me to hang in the home such as paintings (paintings that had the characteristic to represent areas that are known and therefore more acceptable).
Così nacque VanMario che ebbe un giorno un pensiero strano : Visto che Monet non aveva avuto la fortuna di nascere nella mia zona Trasformai un suo quadro spostando i personaggi ( donne che pescavano in barca ) nel fosso alla Piaggetta . E feci altre copie di alcuni quadri dove i personaggi venivano trasferiti in un campo di girasoli ( Goya – Mosca cieca ) o in pineta a Viareggio ( Renoir ). Era una cosa molto divertente .
Thus was born one day VanMario who had a strange thought: Given that Monet had not had the luck to be born in my area changed to be a painting by moving the characters (women who were fishing in a boat) into the ditch to Piaggetta. And I made copies of some pictures where the characters were transferred in a field of sunflowers (Goya - Blind Man's Buff) or in the woods in Viareggio (Renoir). It was very funny.
