Description
"It is your fault we are lost," The General berates his poor driver while splashing through the rain and mud. "And it is your fault we are tangled up with this convoy! And it is your fault the radio doesn't work! And this rain is your fault, too!" The poor driver sees her stripes going away. Haven't we all had bosses like this?
Now you may ask how a robotic General came to be in the middle of a convoy in WWII Europe. Or why no one seems to be paying them any attention. Or will he rust? Or how he got a driver like that. You may well ask...
I have NO idea. This is what happens sometimes late at night when I should be asleep.

With the two revolvers I thought she was Pat, Pat Ton :-)... I guess that's the joy of being a 'tinpot' General, you get to blame everyone else. How he got the driver? will he rust?..I bloody well hope so :-), ever had a boss like this?? at least two... Great image, almost makes insomnia worthwhile, though if this is the result of sleep deprivation, you must have interesting dreams ;-}

I am thankful I haven't had to many bosses like that otherwise they would get told what to do with their job.. Take your job and shove it.. as the song says.. Definitely not a regulation driver, but every soldier's fantasy, I'm pretty sure. I'm thinking of the pin-ups they used to paint on the sides of the planes, I guess. Just a FUN image and good for a giggle, so thanks for that. I like the rain....realistic it is!!
