Description

The Caspian turtle or Striped-neck terrapin (Mauremys caspica) is a species of turtle in the family Geoemydidae (=Bataguridae), living of the eastern Mediterranean region. L'Emyde caspienne (Mauremys caspica rivulata) est une espèce de tortues de la famille des Geoemydidae ; il y a des milliers d’individus sur Lesbos, dans les canaux de la plaine de Kaloni. At first glance, I thought this was a single two-headed turtle. They look like they're scanning the skies looking for signs of intelligent life. Great shot...
