Description

A black and white portrait of a previously posted picture here called "Blue Angel". In Hebrew Qaballistic teachings, the Seraphim were the 'Sons of the Mother', the angels associated with the sephira of Geburah or Din. Geburah is the first sephira directly under Binah, which is the sephirah of the Divine Feminine - thus their designation. They were also associated with fire and judgement (din). Angels in the Bible who are reported as using fire are seraphim. You can find a few in Judges I & II. ***** Thanks so much for your comments and favorites. Have a fantastic week, my friends! Rayvn

Great portrait. Like the B&W. Always a great source of little known history. P.S. I forgot to thank you for pointing me to the info on ancient armored cavalry. Very interesting and inspiring. Interesting how far back the concept goes.
