Description

Note: Seems lately Renderosity sizes down images, so to see full size, one has to click on the image. Please zoom in on this one if you have to. It was a weekend I'll never forget. It was filled with lots of hiking up and down rivers and the big lake (Lake Superior), and of meeting lots of nice people and enjoying the Fall colors and cool temps. It was beautiful, except for the fatal accident we unfortunately witnessed. That was a tough one to handle and will be with us for a while I'm afraid. But I think of all the lovely pictures I took, this is one of my best. I hope you like it as much as I do. This bothers me: Doesn't this picture look a bit blurry to you? Click on it, and it looks better. Maybe my eyes are playing games with me ... and I'm imagining it. I'll let you be the judge.

LOL No it's not your eyes. To see full res you definitely need to zooooom! This is a beautiful place BTW and you have photographed it very well indeed. I like the way the stream draws my eyes into the scene.

what a wonderfully colourful image and a great perspective too Shari. As far as being a bit fuzzy, unless it is absolutely dead calm and has been taken with a solid tripod, wide angle lens, minimum aperture (ie F22+), mirror lock up and a remote release any image with lots of leaves from foreground to background is lilely to be at least slightly off in the sharpness dept. Personally, I love this one :)

Autumn, we have to realise it, but so beautiful!! Love autumn colors like this. We don't have it in Sweden this year. The wind has taken all the leaves before the beautiful colors came.
