...and in the fading trails of smoke from the dying embers of the fire the image of a wolf appeared. Ever watchful, ever at his side, the ghost wolf appeared to smile for a brief moment before a wisp of wind scattered the image, leaving only a ghost-like howl in its place. He shivered and then smiled. "The spirits are happy tonight." He grinned and walked once more into the darkness.
