With her public life and success assured, she was able to finance her transition into the underworld with remarkable ease, purchasing any equipment she felt she would need. Her first several contracts were disasters, and the marks managed to easily elude her. Her last failure ended up nearly costing her life when she wound up in an intense firefight. It was then that the adrenalin hungry Miri realized that there was much more to the job than just good equipment. She made a deal with the bounty hunter, Jacer Sheil and his band of trackers. In exchange for financing the groups' endeavors, Sheil's team would train her to be one of them. Miri reveled in the physical and mental training of the team, learning the art quickly and showing a knack for the hunt. An additional bonus was the effect the combat training had on her physique. Her position as one of the elite models of the galaxy was all but assured and her popularity skyrocketed. Miri is an outgoing, vivacious, independently minded female with a lust for all things exciting and a weakness for the "bad boys" of her chosen profession. While still new at the trade, her instincts are acute and her skill improves with each passing day. She has since severed her ties with Jacer Sheil and struck out on her own. She is proficient in the tools of her trade, preferring edged weapons over blasters, with one exception, a customized DE-50 pistol she "acquired" from Jacer Sheil.
