Very poor title, I know.
If anybody can come up with a better one, I will change it :) Acrylic on Canvas.

Beautiful! I love the flow of the feathers! Wonderful colors and light. I like the hint of a landscape in the background, that makes it interesting, but doesn't distract from the chickens. I love the feathers on both and the contrast between the little red hen and the more grand rooster. They are both wonderful and complement each other perfectly. Excellent work!

Oh, this is super! That rooster looks so pleased with himself! The colors in this are so nice and bright, and I think that's what I like about acrylic paints. Oil paint is marvelous, but the personality is a bit different. Acrylic seems a tiny bit more vibrant and you have used that perfectly here. The feathers, especially on the hen, look so soft and touchable! I like this a LOT.
