This looks like a thin spider. How about "Spideroniata Blinkingnious"?(I know it sounds like a Harry Potter's Spell too). Great depth of field and wonderful colors.

I think Andrea nailed it with her naming...she's spot on, actually! Great shot. Wonderful details. I don't know what this is, either, but I'll be sawfly larvae love doing their Las Vegas showgirl routine on it. If it's in the pine-family with long needles, Sawflies love to lay their eggs on them. As for the actual name...well...I will leave that to Andrea. She's so good with this Nature Stuff...now, if there was a bug in this shot, I'd know it right away! This is a fantastic shot. I like it quite a lot.
