Small animation of a police chase I made with 3d studio maxBIOI am currently going to the Art Institute of Dallas, in the computer animation field, I hope to land a career in video game modeling and possibly texturing and maybe even environmental modeling. I currently use only 3dsmax for my 3d animations, and I do some various drawing, with multiple medias, and I've tried a little 2d drawing animation too.

Nice work so far man, if youd like I have currently been usin a special Material setup of my own for cars, if you feel you want it, lemme know, ill give you my whole car material setup!=)

What do you mean material setup? do you just mean so that it looks more like it's metal? or do you mean you have textures and stuff for almost all the cars or something?

Yeah I have somthing very spercific that would be a massive benifit to your work... Have a huge sign that takes up what.. 3 quaters of the scene? saying GREEN ANORAK IS GOD.. Right the work, Youve came a long way to get to this stage and yet it still lacks somthing.. The front looks fucking gorgious...Detail there is just beauty. I think the lackness comes from the wheel arches they look quite jackid for a possible photo realistic car.. And the roof... all the best mate.. Stay cool.. Later..

well... right now, as it's a work in progress image, I'm not rendering any reflections, plus the lack of a sky, or anything else you'd see in a real car's environment makes the thing look a bit incomplete... but I've made a simple city type environment for the car back a loongg time ago, and it looked pretty cool... as for the wheel arches... I'm meaning this to be a rather low poly car... though its face count has grown rather large... I was originally shooting for something that would be like gran turismo 3, with about 5000 to 12,000 faces in the cars... but the more I look at that game, the more I notice they cheat to achieve better results... like things such as making the wheel wells as just opacity maps... and some of their cars if you look at them close enough... well, they kinda look thrown together... but anyway I suspect this thing will look much better once I get something along the lines of a city to put it in :D
