This crossing is very near to my home in Hamburg. When I was a smal boy I used asked mother for a sausage when we were at the butchery. With this saugage I then told her that I will go home. She knew that she can collect me at the gas station that you see here. There I sat snuggled at the belly of Hasso. He was a German shepherd dog that was said to be very snappy. To my father and me he always was very nice und gentle because we used to share our saugages with him. LOL! Bribery works with dogs! Later this gas station also was the place were I bought my very first box of cigarettes. Please post comments if you like the picture and the little background story.
