this was the tail end of a good rain that we had early AM. the pear less tree that I repaired is confused and has bloomed some again.I never seen it bloom any time except spring thanks for your visit and comments

Wonderful sky shot! A few years back we had an exceptionally warm fall time. some of the apple trees came into bloom. Then winter hit with a vengence. enfortunately most of those trees produced very little fruit the next year. Some one that knows more about trees than me told me, when they produce blooms it taxes their system quite a bit but in the spring they have all summer to recover thier resources. When they bloomed in late fall and then went immediately into hibernation for winter, they never were able to replenish thier resources. So in the spring when they should be fully charged up to bloosom and grow fruit they were depleted. They were all fine the next year.

I'm attempting volumetric clouds in Bryce that hopefully turn out looking like your capture here...Your Pear tree is saying thank you is to why it's blooming out of season.... no seriously ...... Pear trees are small, between 20 to 40 feet high, has the capacity to flower twice in a year, depending upon climactic conditions.....(smiles)...
