Thank you for stopping by. All your comments and views are greatly appreciated on all my last posts.
In between Fleet Week, Decompression and everything else that was going on here in the City. Still made the time for the "Occupy SF" march
The "Occupy" protests are a series of protests which have been occurring since late September 2011. The protests began in New York with Occupy Wall Street, and have subsequently spread to cities across the United States and to a number of other countries.
The protests are primarily against social and economic inequality, corporate greed, and the influence of corporate money and lobbyists on government.
As of 9 October 2011 activists in cities in more than 25 countries made calls for global demonstrations on 15 October. Many are using online website and social media like Facebook, Twitter, Meetup, and Tumblr to coordinate the events. Protest pages in Spain and Italy have 42,410 and 20,568 RSVPs, respectively.

When these protests destroy freedom and liberty, humanity will see war like it has never seen before.

If the French wish to revolt, that is their business. I never did see the point to continual judicial murder to the point that it devoured itself leading, inevitably, to an imperial "solution" and 25 years of continual war. I am not supporting corporate greed. I think it is apalling how CEO's of failing companies get rewarded for ... failing. The rationale that the bonus are there to retain talent is bogus. If there were talent there, worth retaining, the companies would not be in trouble. Fire the dumb bastards. Any company that seeks to reward failure is not worth saving. BTW: you can do something more effective than laying down in the streets: stop using the facilities you are protesting against. If a bank, join a credit union if you are eligible. Hit the stupid SOB's in big finance where it hurts: in the wallet. Do you buy food from stores that routinely sell rotten produce? Same thing. Don't patronize finantial organizations that treat their customers with comtempt.

I've been fallowing this since it was a concept and seeing it in full bloom really brings a smile to my face. I think you captured a really good moment.
